Handloom is a textile that is woven on a loom which uses the energy of the weaver rather than electric energy (ie. no greenhouse gas emissions). No two handloom pieces are the same and because of the personal nature of the craft, each piece is deeply tied to the artisan. Not only is handloom sustainable, but it's kind of like a direct FU to mass production and fast fashion.
